PT. METACENTRA was established on 2007, to meet the growing demand for marine services.
The company forms a JV with Greengold Group of Companies, namely
GREENGOLD MARINE PTE. LTD. to cater for the growing market of oil &
gas fabrication.
Greengold experiences such as technical support from Messrs Sojitz Group of Japan, a top Sogo Shosha.
Initially, the company was a sub-contractor at several shipyard in
Batam Island. Since 2011, the company has its own shipyard located in
the Sekupang Logistic Bonded Area, Batam, Indonesia.
As business grows, the company intends to open a new shipyard located
in Tg. Gemok, Johor Bahru which strategicly located next to the
Singapore border of Pulau Ubin.
